Runy is a property management AI assistant that responds to message threads on behalf of property management organizations. It adapts its communication style based on the sender's role and the communication channel.

🚀 Quick Start

Fill in the required fields in the left sidebar (default values are pre-filled)
Create a new session or select an existing one
Start chatting! Type your message and press Send

📋 Field Descriptions

Organization ID: Unique identifier for the property management organization
Application: Communication platform (WhatsApp, Gmail, Airbnb, etc.). Automatically determines message type:

WhatsApp, Airbnb, Slack, Messenger → Chat

Gmail → Email

Twilio → SMS
Sender Type: Role of the message sender:

Tenant, Vendor, Lead, Applicant: AI will respond automatically

Property Manager, Admin: Message added to history only (no AI response)
Sender Name & ID: Name and unique identifier of the person sending the message

💡 Tips

Use the "Show Tools" toggle to see/hide AI tool calls and responses
The AI adapts its tone based on sender role (professional for tenants, more internal for staff)
Create different sessions to test various conversation scenarios
Try different sender types to see how the AI behaves differently
